	is ms- or binutils- style, before searching sections for

	candidate sections from consideration.
	(usage): Added --identify-strict.
	(long_options): Added --identify-strict.
	(main): Handle --identify-strict option.
	* doc/binutils.texi: Document --identify-strict	option.
