   6   - "axis,etraxfs-gio"
   7   - "axis,artpec3-gio"
   8 - reg: Physical base address and length of the controller's registers.
   9 - #gpio-cells: Should be 3
  10   - The first cell is the gpio offset number.
  11   - The second cell is reserved and is currently unused.
  12   - The third cell is the port number (hex).
  13 - gpio-controller: Marks the device node as a GPIO controller.
