        with isoctal.

        (md_assemble): Broken the special cases into the above
        functions. Make compiler happy if sizeof(bfd_vma)==4.
        Fix sethi generated from set/setuw. If instructions have a relloc,
        always clear the fields to be relocated in the opcode.
        (sparc_ip): Remove special_case global variable.
