        * config/tc-alpha.c (alpha_align): Only fill with a no-op pattern
        if alignment stricter than 4 bytes is requested; in that case,
        align to a 4-byte boundary first.

        * read.c (get_line_sb): Don't look past buffer_limit.
        (s_include): In MRI mode, skip characters after the file name.
