  87         while -T sets the variable bsd_style_output, which causes
  88         output matching Berkeley's gprof.  The biggest differences
  89         are that with the FSF style output, the flat profile comes
  90         before the call graph; numbers come before explanations;
  91         and there is less gratuitous white space.
  92         * gprof.h, gprof.c, printfgprof.c:  New discard_underscores
  93         variable causes discarding of initial underscores when
  94         printing symbol names.  It is set unless there is a "main"
  95         symbol (without an underscore).
