	Fix test case to be valid ANSI C++.  Don't require use of header
	files, so "../gcc/xgcc -B../gcc/" can be used for CXX.
	* testsuite/ld.cdtest/cdtest.exp: Combine "rm" lines.  Add some
	commentary on things that are still broken with this test case.
