* Makefile.in (*.tab.c): Use mv for atomic update.

* Makefile.in ({dist,real}clean): Also remove nm.h.
(realclean): Also remove ${TESTS}, y.output, yacc.{acts,tmp}.
(distclean): Don't rebuild *.tab.c or TAGS.
