* configure.in: Put the tdirs in a file and use AC_SUBST_FILE,
rather than in a shell variable and using AC_SUBST.
* Makefile.am (DISTCLEANFILES): Remove ldscripts.  Add tdirs.
  (distclean-local): New target.
* configure, Makefile.in: Rebuild.
