lttng/tmf/gdb: Remove not needed epl-v10 and license html files.

lttng/tmf/gdb: Remove not needed epl-v10 and license html files.

Since there is a shared license feature no need to have epl-v10.html
and license.html files in each feature project. All build.properties
file have been also updated for that.
