Cleanup: DIST_SUBDIRS is redundant when using AM conditionals

From automake's documentation[1] :

If SUBDIRS is defined conditionally using Automake conditionals,
Automake will define DIST_SUBDIRS automatically from the possible
values of SUBDIRS in all conditions.
