	zero, reverting yesterday's change.
	* bfd-in.h (bfd_xcoff_link_record_set): Declare.
	(bfd_xcoff_link_count_reloc): Declare.
	(bfd_xcoff_record_link_assignment): Declare.
	* bfd-in2.h: Rebuild.
