[ARM] MINI2440: Add missing flash_bbt flat to NAND

The commit 9db41f9edcb87ae050fcb171c44be7f212728d54 added
the .flash_bbt flag to the nand set, so add this back into
the mach-mini2440.c file (taken out on initial commit to
allow build).
