	* remote.c (remote_open):  Move setting of inferior_pid prior to
	call to remote_start_remote.  Also use unique value for pid to
	avoid confusion with read_register_pid & friends.
	* (remote_wait):  Return inferior_pid instead of 0 in all cases.
