Tested and working for me on Fedora 8, kernel 2.6.23 and on the more recent sierra.c available in http://www.sierrawireless.com/resources/support/Software/Linux/v.1.2.6b(kernel2.6.21).zip Hardware is a MiniPCI card in a Lenovo T61p.
