* remote.c ():  Add newline to initial +.
(remote_resume):  Mention how to cope with signals.
(remote_interrupt):  Add debug msg.
(remote-wait):  Implement new 'T' reply, which includes
status, PC, and FP all in a single short message.
(putpkt):  Add further debugging of packet acks.
* Makefile.in (VERSION):  Roll to 4.4.5.
