video: clcd-versatile: Depend on ARM

The Versatile CLCD helpers call dma_alloc_writecombine() which is only
available on ARM and AVR32, meaning they won't build on other platforms
including arm64. Unfortunately the current Kconfig enables the symbol
by default if ARCH_VEXPRESS is defined which means that it is enabled on
arm64 when building for the ARM reference platforms and models for ARMv8
since they have many hardware similarities with their pre-ARMv8 systems.

Since all the systems that need the helpers are ARM systems fix this by
adding a dependency on ARM.

video: fix up versatile CLCD helper move

commit 11c32d7b6274cb0f ("video: move Versatile CLCD helpers")
moved files out of the plat-versatile directory but in the process
got a few of the dependencies wrong:

- If CONFIG_FB is not set, the file no longer gets built, resulting
  in a link error
- If CONFIG_FB or CONFIG_FB_ARMCLCD are disabled, we also get a
  Kconfig warning for incorrect dependencies due to the symbol
  being 'select'ed from the platform Kconfig.
- When the file is not built, we also get a link error for missing
  symbols.

This patch should fix all three, by removing the 'select' statements,
changing the Kconfig description of the symbol to be enabled in
exactly the right configurations, and adding inline stub functions
for the case when the framebuffer driver is disabled.

Some of the code that's currently called from the Tegra machine setup
code is moved to regular initcalls. To catch dependency violations, the
various code paths now WARN if they're called to early. Not all of the
potential candidates are converted yet, but those that were have been
verified to work across all supported Tegra generations.

A new function, soc_is_tegra(), is also provided to make sure that the
initcalls can abort early if they aren't run on Tegra, which can happen
for multi-platform builds.

Finally this also moves out the PMC driver to drivers/soc/tegra so that
it can be shared with 64-bit ARM.

This is based on the for-3.17/fuse-move branch. The split is somewhat
arbitrary but allows the dependents of the for-3.17/fuse-move to pull
in as little code as necessary.

Furthermore the Tegra chip ID is now retrieved using a function rather
than a variable so that sanity checks can be done. This is convenient
in subsequent patches that will move some of the code that's currently
called from Tegra machine setup into regular initcalls so that it can
be reused on 64-bit ARM. The sanity checks help with verifying that no
code tries to obtain the Tegra chip ID before the underlying driver is
properly initialized.

soc/tegra: fuse: Set up in early initcall

Rather than rely on explicit initialization order called from SoC setup
code, use a plain initcall and rely on initcall ordering to take care of
dependencies.

This driver exposes some functionality (querying the chip ID) needed at
very early stages of the boot process. An early initcall is good enough
provided that some of the dependencies are deferred to later stages. To
make sure any abuses are easily caught, output a warning message if the
chip ID is queried while it can't be read yet.

Currently the reset vector is not locked on Tegra20 because the hardware
doesn't support it. However in order not to depend on the chip ID, which
becomes available only later in the boot process, we set the bit anyway.

ARM: tegra: Setup CPU hotplug in a pure initcall

CPU hotplug support doesn't have to be set up until fairly late in the
boot process, so it can be done in a regular initcall. To make sure that
we don't miss any ordering problems in the future, output a warning if
any of the functions are called before initialization has completed.

This is part of untangling the boot order dependencies on Tegra so that
more code can be shared between 32-bit and 64-bit ARM.

soc/tegra: Add efuse driver for Tegra

Implement fuse driver for Tegra20, Tegra30, Tegra114 and Tegra124. This
replaces functionality previously provided in arch/arm/mach-tegra, which
is removed in this patch.

While at it, move the only user of the global tegra_revision variable
over to tegra_sku_info.revision and export tegra_fuse_readl() to allow
drivers to read calibration fuses.

Export APB DMA readl and writel. These are needed because we can't
access the fuses directly on Tegra20 without potentially causing a
system hang. Also have the APB DMA readl and writel return an error in
case of a read failure instead of just returning zero or ignore write
failures.

ARM: tegra: Use a function to get the chip ID

Instead of using a simple variable access to get at the Tegra chip ID,
use a function so that we can run additional code. This can be used to
determine where the chip ID is being accessed without being available.
That in turn will be handy for resolving boot sequence dependencies in
order to convert more code to regular initcalls rather than a sequence
fixed by Tegra SoC setup code.

clk: spear3xx: Set proper clock parent of uart1/2

The uarts only work when the parent is ras_ahb_clk. The stale 3.5
based ST tree does this in the board file.

Add it to the clk init function. Not pretty, but the mess there is
amazing anyway.

parisc: fix fanotify_mark() syscall on 32bit compat kernel

On parisc we can not use the existing compat implementation for fanotify_mark()
because for the 64bit mask parameter the higher and lower 32bits are ordered
differently than what the compat function expects from big endian
architectures.

Specifically:
It finally turned out, that on hppa we end up with different assignments
of parameters to kernel arguments depending on if we call the glibc
wrapper function
 int fanotify_mark (int __fanotify_fd, unsigned int __flags,
                    uint64_t __mask, int __dfd, const char *__pathname);
or directly calling the syscall manually
 syscall(__NR_fanotify_mark, ...)

Reason is, that the syscall() function is implemented as C-function and
because we now have the sysno as first parameter in front of the other
parameters the compiler will unexpectedly add an empty paramenter in
front of the u64 value to ensure the correct calling alignment for 64bit
values.
This means, on hppa you can't simply use syscall() to call the kernel
fanotify_mark() function directly, but you have to use the glibc
function instead.

This patch fixes the kernel in the hppa-arch specifc coding to adjust
the parameters in a way as if userspace calls the glibc wrapper function
fanotify_mark().

Documenation/laptops: rename and update hpfall.c

Dell kernel driver dell-smo8800 provides same freefall interface as hp_accel so
program hpfall.c works also on Dell laptops. So rename it to freefall.c.

Dell driver does not provide hp::hddprotect led so make sure that freefall.c
works also if hp::hddprotect does not exist in sysfs.

Additionally write info to syslog.

scripts/kernel-doc: handle object-like macros

Object-like macros are different than function-like macros:

They are not parsed correctly, generating invalid intermediate
files (xmls) for cases like:
    #define BIT_MASK    (0xFF << BIT_SHIFT)
where "OxFF <<" is considered to be parameter type.

When parsing, we can differentiate beween these two types of macros by
checking whether there is at least one whitespace b/w "#define" and
first opening parenthesis.

Documentation/Changes: clean up mcelog paragraph

The paragraph on mcelog currently describes kernel v2.6.31. In that
kernel the mce code (for i386, that is) was in transition. Ever since
v2.6.32 the situation is much simpler (eg, mcelog is now needed to
process events on almost all x86 machines, i386 and x86-64). Since this
"document is designed to provide a list of the minimum levels of
software necessary to run the 3.0 kernels" let's just describe that

ARM: pxa: Move iotable mapping inside vmalloc region

In order to remove the following ugly message:

  BUG: mapping for 0x00000000 at 0xff000000 out of vmalloc space

the iotable mappings should be re-located inside the vmalloc

ARM: pxa: Move UNCACHED_PHYS_0 mapping from generic.c to pxa2[57]x.c

The UNCACHED_PHYS_0 mapping is only needed on PXA25x and PXA27x
platforms. Move it to pxa25x.c and pxa27x.c to avoid wasting vmalloc
space on PXA3xx.

phy: omap-usb2: Balance pm_runtime_enable() on probe failure and remove

If probe fails then we need to call pm_runtime_disable() to balance
out the previous pm_runtime_enable() call. Else it will cause
unbalanced pm_runtime_enable() call in the succeding probe call.

This anomaly was observed when the call to devm_phy_create() failed
with -EPROBE_DEFER.

Balance out the pm_runtime_enable() call in .remove() as well.

phy: core: Fix error path in phy_create()

Prevent resources from being freed twice in case device_add() call
fails within phy_create(). Also use ida_simple_remove() instead of
ida_remove() as we had used ida_simple_get() to allocate the ida.

USB: serial: ftdi_sio: Add Infineon Triboard

ext4: revert commit which was causing fs corruption after journal replays

Commit 007649375f6af2 ("ext4: initialize multi-block allocator before
checking block descriptors") causes the block group descriptor's count
of the number of free blocks to become inconsistent with the number of
free blocks in the allocation bitmap.  This is a harmless form of fs
corruption, but it causes the kernel to potentially remount the file
system read-only, or to panic, depending on the file systems's error
behavior.

Thanks to Eric Whitney for his tireless work to reproduce and to find
the guilty commit.
